Tax and Gratuity: 18% gratuity and a 7% tax will be added to
the selected menu prices. All charges will be billed to a
single check.
Appetizer Buffet: 30 or more people may purchase the
appetizer buffet for a discounted price of $5.95 per person,
with purchase of menus B, C, or D.
Rental and Entertainment: Any extra equipment and
entertainment at expense shall be passed to your party, and
must be approved by B’Sghetti’s management. (ie. DJ, dance
floor, video equipment, band, etc.) B’Sghetti’s can provide
the Nevada state flag, the U.S. flag, microphone, or podium
upon request.
Alcoholic Beverages: Beverages must be purchased through
B’Sghetti’s. A no-host bar is recommended, but other
arrangements may be made. A corkage fee of $10 per bottle
will be charged on all bottles brought in.
Deposits: A 25% deposit is required on parties of 50 or
more, or parties reserving dining space on a Friday or
Saturday evening.
Minimum: A 95% attendance is required. If attendance is
less than this amount, you will be obligated to make up the
difference in fees. We request that an exact guest count is
submitted 48 hours in advance.
Private Dining: You may guarantee private dining with a
minimum capacity reservation, or an empty seat fee of $10
per setting.
Non Business Hours Rental: $100 per hour, per room.
Cake Cutting: A cake cutting fee of 50 cents per person or
will be assessed on all cakes or desserts brought in.
Off-Sight Catering: A service fee of $15 per employee hour
will be added to each proposal.
